Placed an order and then waited. And waited some more. And then some more, then a little longer. Expected to receive our shipment in the stated 1 to 5 day processing and 1 to 3 day shipping. On day 12 I contacted them and was told they did not have the items and were waiting to get them so they could ship to me. Nobody made any point to contact me and let me know what was happening. #3 weeks after ordering, I finally received a ship notice. Needless to say, we will be looking elsewhere for our needs.

The packages to very long to arrive considering the amount I payed for shipping. The containers’ quality was not good and they broke very easily. I do not recommend this product or company. Do not waste your money.

My package was not shipped when I was told it would ship and I missed a deadline I needed the packaging for. When I asked if they would waive the shipping and still send the product i was told no. I cancelled my order and purchased my products elsewhere. I was very disappointed.

The website was flakey. It took multiple phone calls to place my order because the website kept cancelling them or something. The website was also a bit misleading with what caps went with which bottles. Shipping was very slow. Pricing was pretty good.
