2 bags I have received have had issues and their customer service is poor when reporting a problem. Excellent when you buy from them but look out if you have any issue. The hardware came off/detached on one and another extremely stiff unlike an original.

There's no record of you placing an order in our database under that name, or any variation with that last name for that matter. 2. This is your first and only review for any company, and there are zero contact exchanges/attempts from you. If your issue were legitimate, you would have notified us of the issue and it would have been resolved—just as we proceed with any of our clients. Our clientele is always taken care of, and that's why they keep returning. Given that we asked for your contact information and you did not respond, and there is zero record of "Claire Lockhart" in our records, your review is fabricated. As for you being a competitor, our clients know who we are, who we've been, and what we've stood for these past 25 years. That is something that will never be affected by your futile, fake reviews, let alone erased.
