The merchandise I received was amazing. The red bottoms couldn’t be any better if I’d gotten them from a major store. The briefcases are better than anyone could even imagine. The quality of everything is excellent! I look forward to purchasing more items soon. Customer service was also excellent in answering questions and explaining things that I wasn’t sure about.

2 bags I have received have had issues and their customer service is poor when reporting a problem. Excellent when you buy from them but look out if you have any issue. The hardware came off/detached on one and another extremely stiff unlike an original.
