Our goal at A-DIY is always to deliver high-quality products and exceptional support. We use Grade 1 Southern Yellow Pine that’s pressure-treated and kiln-dried—considered among the best for outdoor decking. As with any natural lumber, slight warping can occur once it’s exposed to the elements. However, once the pieces are properly secured, they should remain stable and structurally sound. We did offer to connect you with one of our design engineers to help troubleshoot the issue, and we truly wish that conversation had happened. If any parts were missing or not up to standard, we would have gladly replaced them—customer satisfaction is our top priority. Based on the photos you shared, it also looks like smaller screws may have been used in some places instead of the deck-specific screws provided. That’s on us—we take responsibility for not making the installation instructions clearer, and we're working to improve them going forward.
