Great product but what I love more is that leadership listen to the community and implement changes to support us. The regular calls and updates are so powerful for this.

The product is life changing. I’ve become so much more satisfied with my life and gained immense control over my emotions and thoughts as a result of practicing 9D breathwork. I’ve began my journey with 9D as a student three years ago and it was the answer to my biggest questions about how to heal from decades of trauma. As a professional in resilience and childhood trauma I’ve taught for more than a decade about the problems we experience in our brains and nervous systems as a result of trauma. But always danced around concrete ways to create lasting health. UNTIL I found this. The customer service is shockingly responsive, kind and understanding. There's always a solution. The staff responds quickly and fixes things when needed. They are both professional and loving. The community is vibrant and loving. I cannot say enough good things about the quality of 9D products and the team that makes these massive life improvements possible!

That's exactly what we hope 9D can offer, and it means so much coming from someone with your depth of experience Elizabeth! We're so glad the community, the team, and the work have all played a part in your journey these past three years. Thank you for being part of it and for everything you bring to it 🤍

Training is good, the transmitter and wiring is not the greatest, and a replacement takes weeks , so i had to cancel quite a few classes as it is not working well. week 4 and still waiting for replacement otherwise great course, material, support

Thank you so much for this Petrina, it means a lot to hear the training, material, and support landed well for you. You're absolutely right that waiting weeks for a replacement isn't good enough, and we're sorry it's disrupted your classes. I've checked in and can see our Kate is already supporting you with this so rest assured she will get it resolved 🤍

What made my journey great was the support and encouragement I received from everyone — both the community and the team. The practice labs, the feedback, and the way people showed up for each other created such a positive, safe space to learn and grow. The team’s guidance and support made a huge difference and really helped me feel confident throughout the whole process.
