People have recommended breathwork to me probably the last 2 yrs. I tried other apps and really didn’t find a benefit in it. It felt weird and strange so I was like probably just not my thing. I found the 9D Breathwork Challenge and it was free so what do I have to loose. Well…I would have lost a new journey in life if I had passed it up! Brian is amazing and talks you through the science and the Challenge is so easy to follow. The sessions are guided and you truly fell like you are in good hands. If you show up and are open to exploring, this program will not disappoint.

I came to 9D as someone fairly new to breathwork, and the welcome to the 9D community was immediate and genuine. Within a day of joining their Skool community, four facilitators reached out personally to greet me and help me find my way around the resources. The Founder, Brian Kelly, is active in the community too, and has responded directly to my questions and comments. That kind of engagement is rare. I took their free 5-Day Breathwork Challenge, and the experience went deeper than I expected. As a highly sensitive person, I tend to overthink and analyze, but the 9D audio (the layered sound, binaural beats, and guided coaching) gave my mind enough to focus on that it finally quieted down and let my body do the work. By the end of Day One, I'd released more than I expected to. If you're curious about breathwork but unsure where to begin, this is a welcoming, well-supported place to start. Highly recommend.

This is a truly world-class company. The support from all of the 9D team is second to none. The community of facilitators is the most supportive community of which I have been a part. Everyone I have encountered on my 9D journey so far has been committed, motivated, so helpful, inclusive and enthusiastic. Everyone has demonstrated such integrity. I feel as if I have come home. I have been with 9D Breathwork as a facilitator for 3 years now. The only challenges I’ve personally faced is with the fast growth and the company needing to adjust to the demands of that growth. The people are the heart and soul in this organization and I can say with a full heart that everyone involved is here to make the world a better place thru the powerful modality of teaching/equipping humans to breathe with intention! The most challenging part is managing a global movement with everyone working in different time zones! Customer service continues to be dialed in as well as facilitator support! The actual library itself as a facilitator is absolutely incredible and I’m so glad I get to host 9D Breathwork where I live.

Of all the trainings I’ve done for different things over the years this was by far the best. The ease of following along the modules and quality of content is second to none. The incredible amount of support right from the initial contact has been wonderful. I’m excited to be working with such a passionate, educated & inspiring group of people.
