Being an over the road truck driver, scheduling doctors office visits can sometimes be a problem for my work schedule. Discovering 9 am health was a game changer because now my medications are usually sitting at the house, instead of worrying about whether or not I have to take extra days off waiting for an appointment. What's even more incredible is how quickly I could request my prescription to be transferred to any walmart across the country wherever my rig was parked. The staff are very polite, professional and understanding of our life style out here and how difficult it became during the covid 19 lockdown for us to be able to eat healthy and keep our blood sugar low. I will continue to support this service for as long as I have to and will tell every diabetic I know about it during my travels.

Easy access to medication you need. They don't make the process unnecessarily difficult.

My experience with 9am health has been excellent! As a truck driver, It's difficult to always make doctors appointments or even set them due to my schedule. 9am health simplified the whole process of getting my medication when my own doctor wouldn't fill the prescription unless I came in to the office. And all he does is ask the same questions as 9am health did and the write the prescription which I then have to go wait for at the pharmacy to receive. 9am health ships it right to your door. I will continue to use them from now on. Thank you so much!

When I started the subscription to 9 am health, I really didn't know what to expect. But I have to say, I recommend using them if you don't like sitting at doctor's office for hours waiting to get checked on, and have a 5 minutes face time with your doctor and get the prescription, then another hour of waiting to get the prescription filled. I'm not saying everything arrived all in one day, but once they see your result, you just have to sit back and your prescription arrives promptly. I also have very good experience with the specialist I talk to. They would go above and beyond to be accommodating, reassuring. The monthly fee is also very affordable. So far, the experience has been top notch and I'm happy to continue being their customer.

Simply incredible. I am so grateful for 9am. They saved my life. When I lost my health insurance I was scared. I have HBP and pre-diabetes and was unable to afford my medicine. This plan provides it. The customer service, the phlebotomist and the Dr. that reviewed my records and prescribed my medication are fabulous. It is simple, affordable and convenient.

I left 9a health bc I was able to get my diabetes under control with diet and exercise. I will say that their service was phenomenal and when I canceled they made it very easy and were still very professional. God forbid, if my diabetes ever does get back out of control, they will be the only company I contact again.

9am Health was easy to deal with and sent out my meds very promptly. The longer supply period of 3 months is a time saver compared to picking up a one month supply at my local pharmacy and dealing with frequent refill requests through my doctor's office patient portal. That said, I had to discontinue my subscription service due to change in prescriptions at m doctor's office.
