I am very pleased to be working with 9am to get my diabetes under control and learn about better nutrition. The set up was effortless and the team of Maggie and Marina have been tremendously helpful to me. Every question that comes into my mind they have been helpful to answer and the response time I am very pleased with. I was nervous about using an online site for my healthcare but the attention they give to me you will never be able to get from waiting in a doctor's office only to have a five (5) minute conversation. I would recommend using 9am to anyone who serious about taking control of their health and being heard and understood by medical staff.

When I started the program I was completely out of medication and it was very difficult to manage my diabetes. My PCP was in Dallas/Ft Worth and I hadn’t been able to get an appointment with anyone in the area because they were not taking new patients and my insurance wasn’t covered. Through Eugenia’s guidance I was able to lower my blood sugar through some simple exercises, practicing mindfulness when I ate food to slow down my cravings and this really helped me during the holidays. I also liked that I could get my A1C tested at a nearby laboratory and it was so easy. I do prefer messaging over phone calls because I am often forgetful but that’s just my preference but it was good to talk to a real person and not a chat bot. I recently started reading the articles on what to eat for breakfast and those were very helpful.

Definitely the best and most reputable health education services provided out there and I would recommend them to anyone who cares for personal health.
