Thank you for your feedback. During the World Cup surge, message volume was far above normal and response times were much longer than usual. Orders from our partner facilities receive a USPS tracking number before the parcel reaches USPS, which is why USPS can show no scans for the first part of the journey. During the World Cup surge, order and message volume were far above normal, so handling and response times were longer than usual. Both jerseys have been delivered, on July 18 and July 27, and the expedited shipping charge was refunded in full on July 17.
