Hi Jeff, Thank you for the update. Your order came in at the height of the World Cup surge, when order volume was far above normal and handling times ran longer than usual. It shipped UPS 2nd Day Air and was delivered on July 16. We refunded the shipping upgrade on July 19, and once your return reached our Texas warehouse we refunded the jersey on July 30 and August 14. We're glad our team was able to get this sorted out with you. If there's anything else we can help with, please reach us at [email protected]. 99Jersey Customer Care

Long shipping with minimal updates
If you are looking to receive your item in a timely manner, don’t shop here. Still waiting on my shipment!

Hello, Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry for the wait. Some of our jerseys ship from partner facilities, which takes longer than items from our Texas warehouse, and during the World Cup surge order and message volume was far above normal. Tracking is created as soon as a shipping label is made, before the carrier receives the package, so the first updates can take several days to appear. If your order still needs attention, please reach our support team at [email protected] with your order number and we'll be glad to help. 99Jersey Customer Care

Awesome experience!
It took a minute, but with the World Cup Frenzy in America, Dallas here, it’s totally understandable. I recommend this company 100%. Top notch quality products and outstanding customer service. I WILL use them again!
