Took over a month longer than first estimated. Ridiculous

Worst customer service ever! I order a jersey for a gift that arrived opened and damaged. Never got anything done about it after several attempts. I gave up and bought something else. NOW after 10 months I get an email from the president asking me to take my bad review down because it hurts his business! He wanted to make it right after 10 month! This company is an absolute joke and a scam!

I bought 3 jerseys on September 15 of 2026. I had purchased fast delivery. Now they would have gotten 5 stars if the misunderstanding was handled properly. They sent on Jersey, but the other two jerseys were nowhere to be found. When contacting them the practically told me. I paid for fast shipping but it only covered on jersey. Instead of admitting their faults they said on we can offer you 20% off next purchase. How about refunding my fast shipping payment? 1st off you can’t contact the company by phone. Only through; what’s app, and email. So you can piss and moan all you want its doesn’t matter to them. 2nd instead of admitting their faults they get back to me on what’s app. With a passive aggressive paragraph. And at the end of the paragraph it said BLESS in bold capital letters. . In essence the means in certain regions to go f yourself. Once again the ignorance they have working in that company is the reason why they won’t let customers call their company. I will say this they make very nice jerseys for the price. Just horrible customer service. I would never order from them ever again.

Bought an Mbappe jersey Was a little small but good fit. Quality is thin but really good. Takes a while to arrive but not that long. You must be patient with your order. When ordering your thingy or jersey something you should ask support what they use to deliver for more accurate results. I don’t get why people think this is a really bad website to shop on but it’s not bad il say that. They are being honest about the jerseys being off brand and stuff. Jerseys are really cheap. 5 stars would maybe shop again.

This place is absolutely horrible. They are a complete scam. So much so, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company in order to get my money back. We ordered a jersey, which was said to be in stock and ready to go on August 24, 2026. Their own shipping FAQs state: " "Typical estimates are: in-stock 2–5 business days; low-stock 4–8; partner-fulfilled 6–12; standard custom 8–12; express custom 6–10; and backorder 15–25 business days." The item we ordered was not low stock, not partner fulfilled and not backordered. It is now September 19, 2026 and we have never received a single item. I will say the customer service (likely AI) is quick to respond, but is all a complete scam. I was told after our first shipment did not change status for over 10 days they were sending another one. That second package has now not moved for 9 days). The response has been consistent, "it is a problem with the shipper". Do not order from here, do not get scammed.

If I could give them a zero stars or a negative rating, that would be my first choice. This company has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen charged me 1299 to re-ship something that had the address on my order because I received Package one of two. So I could either choose to pay a $18 restocking fee or pay 1299 re-shipping fee. So either way they’re gonna take my money they win and their merchandise sucks.
