Shipping took way too long

Great looking jersey, good communication, great price. It takes a bit to arrive, but not too long, and was definitely worth it. What you see on the website is what you get. I will be a repeat customer

I ordered 9/25 and still have not received my order so I'm not too clear as to why they are asking about my experience WITHOUT me actually getting the item yet. It'll most likely be my last time ordering, I can't speak to the quality obviously but it takes WAY TOO LONG to get. HOPEFULLY I get it SOONER than later. UPDATE: Just advised-My order STILL DID NOT even GO out yet. I cant even believe it at this point so HORRIBLY DISAPPOINTED. Makes NO sense to be THIS DELAYED.

Hi, We're sorry for the wait. You're right that you shouldn't have been asked for a review before your order arrived, and we're changing that email so it only goes out after delivery. As we mentioned in our email, we can send your order out now or refund it in full, whichever you prefer. Just reply there and we'll take care of it. 99Jersey Customer Care

The quality is excellent. I’m very happy with it. The delivery process made me very wary of the company, 99 Jersey; I was so relieved when it finally arrived—it was a huge weight off my shoulders, as I was on the verge of canceling the purchase through my credit card. The delivery service doesn't provide any tracking details, and it took an excessively long time. It was meant to be a birthday gift, and I wasn't able to get it there on time. That said, the sportswear set itself is very good.

Not pleased at all. It took twenty days to deliver gift to my grandson in Chicago. I placed and paid for youth soccer jersey on September 22 and it was delivered on October 11, 2026.

Hi William, We're sorry it took so long, especially for a gift. As we mentioned in our email, the Youth Medium for your grandson is on us, and we'll send you the tracking as soon as it ships. 99Jersey Customer Care
