persistent user frustration with ineffective paid advertising plans, fake or misleading property listings, and unresponsive customer service. Very poor. No one calls out to them. We are marketing ourselves. We don't need a company like yours.

They are run by a bunch of morons. Don't even make the mistake of advertising your property on their site. They will harass you endlessly with spam calls to upgrade your listing. In 24 hours, I have got calls from 10 different sales reps. Had to take down the listing. Yet the calls continue. Their grievance officer does not respond. They are a masterclass in being morons.

Worst service possible. Promised service for 17000/- but zero services given.

I want to give 0 rating and unfortunately that option is not there. I paid 14k for 3 mo this service along with Relationship manager services. No leads from any buyers and it is completely waste of Money. I’m strongly suggest that, don’t go with any paid service.

I am Prakash, I paid around 20 K for renting out my property. Its a useless service for the below reason. 1. RMs are clueless, just call and give report as no response or invalid number. 2. In whole 3 months had only visit . 3. We must coordinate and share photos etc. 4. When we cross check their report, 99 % are wrong. 5. Escalation chart is again waste as they dont have any SOP, everyone just work as they wish. As a customer , better don't choose 99acres. They just add additional stress.

Never ever fall into their trap of buying owner plans for renting your space..Total nonsense service that you will get a dedicated marketing manager who knows the area, the marketing manager who I got has no clue of the area, no inputs were given from her..just a random update call she use to give..very disappointed with their services would urge people not to fall into their trap...

Taken Assist Plus plan, charges are very high, services commited are not given - no response from a/c manager (Ayushi Varma), manager Sivam Bhatla and even higher ups. Never get trapped here. Bogus service, waste of money.

ALERT - SCAMMERS!!! The website and all the employees, especially the salespersons, are scammers; they will reach out to you immediately after you post an ad on their website, in my case, telling me they have an interested buyer looking to immediately rent out the property. All you need to connect with the tenant is buy their paid plan for about Rs 25K, and once you do, everyone just disappears. It has been 2 months, and they don't even reach out to you; you call them every time to follow up. All you will hear is We are trying, and give us some more time. And FYI, my property isn't bad or should be difficult to rent either; my property is on the main road with plenty of frontage.
