DO NOT TRUST THIS; after taking the money has not even issued a bill, not assigned a RM for my property, not arranged a photo shoot as promised and now they do not even take my calls or reply to emails. PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BUNCH OF PEOPLE WHO ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY!!!!

I could have given 0 to this crappy shoddy service. Very very unprofessional. Junk to the core. They are very good till they get their deals fixed. Then onwards these guys won't care at all. Never ever go for 99acres. Much Worse that a g0vt service. Even there you get some better service.

Pathetic service after i took an ‘assist’ package to help me with my house to be rented - relationship manager is always on leave or never responds - calling to their toll free number is useless and they are never reliable, just make false promises - dont have any business or customer sense, totally a fraud business Avoid wasting your money on 99acres, before doing the due diligence from your side Once you pay, they never help or assist you, and tell flatly that there is no refund policy if you ask. Pathetic service and executives!!

They are not trustworthy. Any service you buy, you wont see any difference. They are not helpful at all and once the payment is done, they will not even answer your call or help you. Most of the leads are estate agents calling.

Worst and Fraud service. We did hire them for selling a property but they did not provide a single buyer in 6 months and also communication with Agent (99Acres) were too worst. If you have free money, hire 99acres.

Highly disappointed with @99acres! I bought their paid plan expecting genuine buyers and support for my property, but after taking the money, there is ZERO response and terrible service. Complete waste of money! 🚨

Very Disappointing Experience with 99acres Extremely disappointed with the paid property-leasing service of 99acres. Despite paying for the service with the expectation of getting genuine assistance and serious tenant leads, the overall experience has been completely frustrating and disappointing. There was little to no meaningful support, poor follow-up, and hardly any value for the money paid. The service gives the impression that once the payment is made, the customer is largely left to manage everything on their own. For a paid property-leasing service, this level of response and accountability is simply unacceptable. 99acres should seriously reconsider the quality of its paid services and focus on delivering genuine results rather than merely selling packages. I would strongly advise property owners to carefully evaluate the service and value offered before spending money on such paid plans.
