I had the worst experience with 99 acres. Its a marketing scam to force people to buy their paid packages and after the package is opted , then the sales guy disappears and then there is nothing from your relationship manager. Hardly any site visits just sharing the leads how many showed interest in the property. Please pkease do not waste your money on 99 acres any more. This is my honest feedback. I lost my 22 k for the paid package.

Very unprofessional after subscribing to paid services! Inexperienced Relationship Managers assigned who have no clue of the property and area. Better to hire local brokers who know the area and property. Cannot even complain as escalation managers listed provide no support. Use free services, no more than that. Subscriptions are a waste.

Just like other deceptive property portals, 99acres uses their "Free Ad Posting" as a total scam to harvest your personal data. I listed my house for sale, and the platform has given me exactly ZERO views and ZERO organic leads. It is clear that free listings are completely buried and throttled to force a paid upgrade. What isn't buried, however, is your phone number. The moment you list, their predatory sales executives begin harassing you multiple times a day, aggressively badgering you to purchase their heavily overpriced premium packs. If a free tier is deliberately engineered to fail unless you fork over thousands of rupees, do not market it as free. They don't care about helping you find a buyer; they just want to exploit house owners for cash. Complete waste of time

They call ten times a day to get you to sign up for a subscription, but once the payment is made, they don't even answer the phone. I was given the contact details of a person named Ashish, but he isn't picking up calls either. I have been facing so much trouble for the past month, and I have suffered a significant loss.

More than half the properties I inquire about have already been sold weeks or months ago. It is clear that agents and sellers are keeping these "ghost listings" active simply to harvest buyer leads, or the platform is failing to enforce basic data hygiene.When a user calls an agent only to be told "that house is sold, but let me show you something else," it ruins the user experience. 99acres needs to implement a stricter verification process, automatically expire old listings, and penalize agents who deliberately leave sold inventory online. Until the platform cleans up its dead data, it remains an annoying, inefficient tool for home buyers. Shockingly, some sellers and agents openly admit that keeping these sold listings active is almost like a personal hobby for them just to keep getting phone calls.

Dear 99 acres Team, I am awaiting your positive feedback and comments regarding the root cause of why my property has not been rented out even after 20 days of activating the Premium Service. 99acres' personalised service with a dedicated relationship manager suck, as the relationship manager is neither dedicated to your property nor to his/her job responsibilities—extremely poor service, which is as good as deception and cheating.

Most embarrassing experience with 99acres name of the main head department executive is muskan. Emd of conversation she told me she will call within some time know it's 3days no call from 99acrs.thay holded my 5,999rs plan and saying u have to reacharge more 6k or 7k for the plan activation. From past 5 days I have calling them everyday 10 times every time they say our excavation team will be contact you with in 2 or 4 hours we the crazy thing is they're didn't called me in those 5 days. After that I stop expecting any thing from 99acres coustomer care service.These people are doing such work like a International BPO.
