Very easy to do

Everything was set up for me but there is no mention of the monthly payment, or the length of time to repay it!! - Thank you for your help!!

I thought the email you sent me was from the IRS and after I sent you $209, I looked at the bottom of page an it said, we are not affiliated with any government agency. I feel scammed, I want my money refunded, It's been 4days of checking the mail and paperwork has been received.

They are a legitimate company, not a scam BUT ALOT of reviews say customer service is very slow. I accidentally purchased tax preparation from them, thought I owed federal but it was state, a different beast, I emailed them and got an email back in 2 hrs stating they will give me a full refund that will be in 6 to 7 days. They're not scammers or conmen, they're just slow.

I want my money back$150 You guys are scamming people!

They charge you 100+ to prepare your paperwork. But they don't guarantee you that the State or IRS will receive your paperwork in a timely manner. They wipe their hands clean and it becomes your problem.

I’ve been using this company for years. My name is Najah Moeser. I remember I was hesitant to use them because of some reviews but I have made multiple payment plans with them because I’m a self employed Musician always owe taxes. They always set up my plan perfectly so just wanted to leave this review for anyone hesitant to use them. You just pay the fee & let them know your amount & they send you mail. You have to send some mail & then your payment plan is in effect. The directions are very clear. Xo

I mistakenly thought I was dealing directly with the IRS to inquire about a payment plan. Part way through providing my info I realized you are not affiliated with the IRS and logged out of your site. I have continued to receive emails from your Company asking me to complete a request. I replied to your 3 emails that I was not interested in your services and asked you to cease and desist from emailing me and implying that I have a formal request with your Company. I will work directly with the IRS if needed.
