Hi TM, we're sorry for the confusion. The IRS isn't notified when you order with 97tax. We prepare your application and mail it to you within 24 hours. The IRS is only notified after you sign the completed forms and mail them to the IRS using the prepaid envelope included in your packet. You should hear back from the IRS within 90 days at the most.
