The amount is not correct and to charge $179 for 1 form is ridiculous.

If the amount isn't correct, we're glad to help you fix it. On pricing, 97tax is a preparation service. You're right that the IRS form is available for free directly from the IRS, and our fee is for preparing, completing, and mailing your application with a prepaid return envelope to save time and guesswork. I thought you were involved with the…
I thought you were involved with the irs not the middleman. I lost 200. Because I thought you were part of the irs. I won't be using your services.

Our service prepares and mails your completed IRS payment plan application, which you then sign and mail to the IRS in the prepaid envelope included.
