Our company has been pleased with our 8x8 telephony solution. I have yet to experience a technology solution that is problem free, and 8x8 is no exception. However, they have a transparent notification system that sends emails as soon as a problem has been identified and provides regular updates (also be email) until resolution. More importantly, when I have had to engage support directly, they have been responsive and quick to get our problems resolved.

The overall service is good. We find the biggest issues that have an impact on revenue is outbound calls fall over. The fix has been identified as a carrier issue, for example, 074, 084 number not connecting at all. Then we had the issue of calling mobile numbers from the carrier EE, it was where the call was being diverted to an international carrier making out the user was abroad even when not, as for the nature of the business this means people can not be booked into work that will impair the ability to earn money for the business. The Agents on support desk are great the 10 min fix time is a little harsh on both support and users calling up. The web service is tuff to see my updates vs the agent updates.

The system is straightforward to use and requires minimal training. If any issues arise, the help desk is prompt to resolve them - having the ability to log the issue on-line and view progress is useful.

Great alternative to needing a Corporate Phone. Simplicity of having the Virtual Office from your own mobile has been a game changer. No desk phone required! Sometimes call quality is not perfect if your on WIFI and jumps on to 4G.

Really good system with clear calls nearly all the time. Some voice delays every now and again, but extremely helpful service desk.

The overall functionality of the X5 series platform is excellent. It's user friendly, mobile friendly and all in all a good service. Being able to video call is an important feature for us.

The service we received has consistently functioned to our needs.
