Generally works pretty well - no better or worse than the other video calling services. What I was disappointed with was that I had to chase for over a week to get any support and ended up having to contact my account manager.

Account Manager is not as intuitive as I would like but overall the desktop app is easy to use and perfect for audio typing and quickly answering calls without having to remove audio headset and pick up phone handset.

when we create an issue the issues are solved very quickly so i am very happy with this. The only remark i have when an issue goes on a bit longer very few updates are given to give in indication on how long the issue will last or if a solution is already been implemented. so intermittent updates on the ongoing issue would be nice.

The project team that we work with are all very good and we get get great support from the development team too. The main frustation the business users have is when reporting issues to the support team and then have to provide multiple call examples which occurred in the past, so not always easy to obtain. Also we get asked to re-install the VOD client a lot which gets frustrating for our staff. The support staff are good but the process they have to follow is not always suitable for the issues that we report.
