8x8 has been a seamless solution for our company, streamlining all external communication with partners&customers all across the world. A great gain in terms of professionalism, which comes at a reasonable cost. We have configured a multilingual switchboard with ease, call forwarding and recording are sharp, support is always helpful.

Started with the knowledgeable and well-informed sales and account management staff who guided us through our requirements through to the porting of our numbers from our existing telco, which was super quick and hastle free. We now enjoy modern voice over IP with the added bonus of the 8x8 app for smartphones and pc's to boot! Extremely happy with 8x8, thank you.

I used and offer the 8x8 products to my clients and it is one of the best VOIP services on the market today. When comparing costs with other VOIP suppliers, 8x8 cost a little bit more but with crystal clear communications and good quality hardware and additional features that are normally offered at additional cost with other suppliers, very little if no downtime, 8x8 offers a very persuasive product. No-one could tell that I was speaking to them using the 8x8 VOIP phone/service and the 8x8 app for my mobile when I was away from the office was also a life saver. I can honestly say that for all of my customers that use the 8x8 service, there have been very few if any issues which is what you want for businesses these days so I would highly recommend 8x8.
