Had a problem using a free calls download and Serena was quick, efficient and extremely knowledgeable when helping me find an alternative . The call was answered straight away and the problem fixed within 10 mins enabling me to work. As a "PC novice" I didn`t in any way feel embarrassed or patronised and came away with a little knowledge myself ! Thank-you Serena
