Whenever I have contacted support, I have been happy. I do not like how often I have had to uninstall and reinstall to clear up issues. It doesn't really solve issues rather it kicks it down the road.

8x8 is a massive improvement from our previous services which include, - Verizon One Talk and Contact Center - RingCentral - Aircall This system is not end-user friendly and requires a VoIP Specialist within your company. RingCentral is a robust system as well but you are dealing with AT&T's support which is terrible. With 8x8 always make sure to ID your customer service rep. System is complex and allows you full control. Mind you with full control this means you have a lot of responsibility and need to know what you are doing.

Good telecom service, helpful tech support staff, demonstrated contract flexibility during Covid and retained our long term loyalty as a result. Very positive experience over several years, highly recommended.

We have been with 8x8 now for nearly 5 years. When we first moved there was a lot of scepticism as to whether an IP system could do what our old on premises system did but we were very pleasently surprised that it was much more flexible and was an absolute godsend over the Covid period. Set up, with approximately 50 landlines was pretty seemless and the functionality whilst initially confusing to set up, was soon easy to amend when needed. The only reason that I don't give it 5 stars is that support is where the issues tend to arise. It is not that support doesnt respond but it is the fact that they usually need examples of the issues you are experiencing (and if it is a random issue it is not easy to provide this) or it can take a 24 hours to get a response. When your business experiences an issue you need someone on the case right away as 24 hours is a long time to be without a fully functioning system. Thankfully issues have been very few and far between since we got the system in but if they could just resolve the support issues it would be a 100% no brainer to get an 8x8 system installed

i must say the systems that 8x8 have are incredible. You can tell there are still glitches to work out but overall it really is impressive, Any VOIP service is going to be complicated to setup but you can see that 8x8 have tried to streamline this as much as possible and give the account holder as much control as possible. I love that we control over the auto-attendant and can setup as many diverts and ring groups as we like. We left Vonage to come to 8x8 and there is a world of difference.

Great product, set up quickly and never any issues with the main phones. The only issue I have is that my mobile won't ring when I am not in the office so I miss a lot of calls when out.

Overall, good, reliable service. However, I've found myself in unpleasant conversation after canceling add-on service within cooling-off period. The back end office is also complex and looks dated.

I have occasional outages/lapses of data; e.g., this morning I'm not able to see who else is online, nor in the queue (we're all working from home) in the Agent. Have rebooted machine, to no avail. Also, it would be nice to be able to see the numbers of callers instead of some generic connection number, on the 8x8 Virtual Office.
