My IT skills are very limited and can become anxious when I have IT queries. I always find the IT Advisers to be very patient and go at a pace I can understand. The follow up is always on point I feel I'm looked after very well.

I had a problem with my phone, called 8 x8 and they resolved the issue by firstly talking me through options to see if the problem was with the technical side. This was not the case and they despatched me a new phone within 48 hours. I asked them to forward all calls to my mobile whilst waiting for the new phone so I did not miss out on any customer calls, which they did immediately. Very good customer service, I have my new phone and all back to normal
