8 x 8 have been a very good and trusted partner for many years now. We have a dedicated escalation and tech lead so any issues are dealt with in a very timely manner. 8 x 8 are also very much focused with tomorrow - looking to deliver new and emerging technologies as soon as they are stable and viable. We look forward to continuing what is a very productive relationship long into the future.

Really impressed - I spoke to a few suppliers of VOIP phones over a few weeks and then saw a 8x8 advert in the airport. I thought they wouldn't be interested in my small business but they were very helpful - about the same price as some others but with a much better product - particularly the app which allows remote access to my phone system. I had a couple of problems with setup and the support was excellent - I always got someone who knew what they were talking about and easily fixed the problem. Good quality calls and my bills are nearly a quarter of what they were before. Definitely recommended.
