Extremely Pathetic Company. I signed up for 8x8.vc and Since before my trial ended, I kept emailing them asking them to cancel my account as "Downgrade to free" Button does nothing. Noone replied and they charged me, Then again I kept sending emails for a whole month and yet Noone replied. Then after 1 month they replied and kept on saying things as if they didnt even bother reading my emails or sending saved replies. Its been 3 months now, THEY HAVE CHARGED ME 2 TIMES, NO REFUND, NO HELP IN CANCELLATION EVEN THO I KEPT EMAILING AGAIN AND AGAIN. AND TODAY AGAIN THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME! NOTE: IF YOU THINK A COMPETITOR IS WRITING A REVIEW, YOU'RE WRONG! THIS IS MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE AND IVE GOT PROOF WHICH ILL DEFINITELY MAKE VIRAL ON MY YOUTUBE CHANNEL.

There is always something that does not work. And if you want to cancel you pay for the whole year

If I could have given 0 stars I would have. I never once used the service but I still cannot cancel it!!! I receive weekly emails for billing yet I have called them 4 times and wrote at least 3 emails which were returned to me…they said they are "working on it". What a bunch of garbage…I've wasted hours on a service I never used and no one at the company who I've spoke to is able to cancel my account???? Don't sign up!!!!

Signed up for phone service. Paid for X3 series for international dialling. Doesn’t work. Have spoken to 6 different people over 4 days and still nothing resolved. Very disappointing.

Difficulty cancelling 'Free trial'. Once they get your credit card number, it is difficult to cancel their PRO plan. There is no setting to do it independently, but have to wait for their billing office to contact. Dealing with live help is a pain. Very frustrated.

worst company i’ve ever dealt with. overcharged me by £7500. dont ever bother. will tie you into a 12 month contract then not communicate

I sent an enquiry to a completely different, UK branded company, regarding their cloud IVR systems. In fact, three at a time. I then got an email back from a completely different company, which is 8x8, with no indication on the original site that my data sent to them, and no indication from 8x8 that they're responding for a different brand. On top of that, they've signed me up to their newsletters without consent. Not responding to them.

I was promised a credit note , for the long delay, having the phone connected. I asked Selina for a credit note weeks ago, I've not even had a email reply. from her. from my 2 e mails, on 13 March and again on 25 March. Kind Regards Nigel Orchard
