Very bad place to work. They sell crape products which dont work e.g. mobile app is very slow. They blame engineers for not fixing issues. They sale man big time liars. Dont buy any products.

Terrible company with terrible customer service.

I'll rate it a zero if I can. Horrible support. Been having unresolved technical issues for two weeks and the only thing I get is a useless callback. They don't even understand what the problem is.

8x8 is a scam company. They won't let you cancel your subscription and charge your card without your approval. They follow unethical business practices and won't cancel your subscription. The phone system itself is useless because the calls are marked scam caller on the receiver's end. Shame on you fraudsters.

Been using 8x8 for 6-7 months now, avoid like the plague. There are UK and non-UK based call centres. The non-UK ones will hang up on you, have no training on how to resolve issues at all. The mobile app doesn't work, I get notifications of missed calls and the phone won't ring, inconsistent problems. Use a real phone provider instead of an internet app based one, the savings aren't worth it!

As already reported here cancelling is impossible. I just spent over an hour with chat and a call trying to get my account cancelled. Kept getting the same instructions despite reporting that delete account did not work, just like all the other Apparently the service desk is not able to find somebody who can cancel a simple basic customer account, even when the customer has repeated this instruction. What a joke. Avoid this company.

8x8 is a tale of two companies. If nothing goes wrong the actual phone service is great and prices are fair. But when something goes wrong with the account billing or anything else it is near impossible to ever get it straightened out. They blame the limitations of their "systems" as if they don't control that. People make promises that never materialize. People do not return calls or emails. I used them for 8 years and wanted to downsize from 5 stations because the additional stations were no longer needed. It has been more than 2 years trying to get it straightened out. I thought it was finally taken care of late last year but they did not set something up right in backend which resulted in cancellation and after months I still don't have it straightened out. It is such a shame that their technology works well but their customer support / billing / problem resolution is helplessly broken.

HORRIBLE customer service. Our phones keep showing us as a spam risk when we call customers so they won't answer. A SIMPLE FIX and the foreigners that they outservice to CAN'T FIX IT!!! I'd give them a ZERO if I could.
