Absolute rubbish , cut us off , didn’t have phones for 2 months , the phones supplied were no good and not fit for our environment, we ordered more phones in November last year to be told in February someone had forgot to actually order them so we’re given a choice of whats in stock !! Guys save your money and your sanity give these guys a wide berth ! Customer service is a joke by the way too , when the going got tough they said I could always leave lol Even the CEO in the U.K. didn’t help , the CEO in the states didn’t even reply

Billing us for service they didn't even turn on. I am a customer that has 12 phones and 15 lines with 8x8. I pay for PREMIUM services as our business requires it. I can say 8x8 is TERRIBLE. I understand mistakes happen. But with 8x8 it's been NON-STOP issues after issue. Only 1 tech call I have made has been a "user error" or my fault... I have had 3 issues that had to be escalated to their tier 2 tech support (IE: The customer service guy could not fix the issue because it was DEEP in the system.) I have had to delete whole users because the system could not see the MAC address, or device connected. I have had to call and erase an entire user again because they could not access the text messaging system through the app. This could not be fixed and we had to WIPE and reinstall the user. NOW>>>>> I have paid for ALL calls to be recorded... ALL CALLS to be recorded and stored for up to a year. THIS IS A SERVICE WE PAY FOR! They didn't turn it on and they didn't tell me each individual user can turn this off. if we do not turn it on at each individual line. Why can't this be done from the admin section?? And why would I want employees to be able to turn off this feature!!!?? So I can't monitor customer relations?? STUPID. But of course, they did not cover ANY this AT ALL in training and set-up. So how could I know unless I'm some 8x8 user expert? TERRIBLE PHONE SERVICE!!! DO NOT USE 8x8!

The system is great when it works however support is abysmal. I have had problems with calls misrouting to my direct dial number and dewsite several attempts to get it fixed they stop when I cannot answer detailed questions about failed calls from third parties who never got through to me

We have used 8x8 for 13 months now and the telephone service is good when it works, but, should you need support, be prepared for disappointment. We have paid via Direct Debit every month but we have just received a bill for the whole year saying we've never paid a penny. I've called 5 times today to speak to support and resolve. I've attached proof of payment to the ticket with every payment and they cannot sort. Every time their support decide they can't help. they hang up and you have to call back and wait in a 30 min queue again. I left my mobile and landline with the agents for a call back should we get disconnected and they never do. My case number is C3929192 should you be genuinely interested in helping me.

I have been a business owner for 30 years and over this time have used various telecoms systems. 8x8 has been the worst provider I have ever come across. Never have I experienced so many instances with downtime in service. If your business needs a reliable connecting service then please don’t make the mistake we have done but choose an alternative provider. I have never written a blog concerning a business transaction but I feel so passionately about preventing other businesses from the painful and costly experience we have had with 8x8. Luckily we are a financially stable business and so far have been able to weather the extra costs and negative impact the service (or lack of service) has had on the company. Our IT team have been more capable and knowledgeable about their own product than they are and this is because we have had to spend so much time and resource trying to get the system to work consistently. For the first year we were paying for features that they just could not get to work properly. Their “build team” promised features that didn’t exist. Wanted to try out their services for a month, was thinking I'd probably keep, because needed minimal services. I initiated a port of one of my numbers, and then they stated it would take a week to complete. So I canceled everything. I then tried to port to another company and it was taking a while. After a week, I got an email from 8x8 that the port had completed to the closed account. I spent 2.5 hours with 6 different reps trying to resolve this, and in the end the said they've reopened the account, but the # is still not in that account and usable. I've been working with small businesses like my own for 25 years and their dashboard is downright archaic.. and convoluted. It's like there was absolutely no thought given to time and ease of use to the end of user.

Horrible company that refuses to cancel service. Once cancelled it will again start to make charges against your credit card. Fraud company!!!

Not happy at all with these guys. Customer service is not good and I've now had 3 emails ignored by the main guy I was dealing with.
