In general, 8x8 does a great job of providing the services expected. The reason I did not give it five stars is because, despite several feedback messages, 8x8 has still not added an alpha search in call recordings.

Easy to use , has a few things that could be improved. Is there a way to see who is logged into the system at any given time? Show last 4 of credit card purchase on receipts. Not able to search a reservation by associated Organization. Over all it is a good system.

8x8 is an excellent product for the space where it fits -Medium-sized business and CC's between 25-1000 seats). But if you've worked with it as long as I have, you notice there are little bugs and blatant feature gaps that have been there for YEARS. They always ask for feedback but yet never follow up on it.
