Id have given zero stars if I could. For a telephone provider, there reception is shockingly bad. Called customer services which was located in the Philippines, the line was very crackly and I had to end the call as I could not hear what the agent was saying. Once I finally logged the issue, I received 6 phonecalls back from them each of these phoncalls happened in the middle of the night! I ignored the calls due to the time but they kept calling back around the same time, the time that they called at was totally unacceptable!

Wouldn't touch these with a barge pole. New system doesn't have same features as old, miss lead by the salesman. On switch over we were left for a month without any phone line because of their incompetence and no one seemed to care, saying nothing they could do.

When asking management to show me how to reset my password in a Teams call about my account, they admitted the platform is not up to scratch.

The worst experience ever. I would put 0 stars if I could. It started off as a great partnership, but recently became a nightmare. Firstly - our call log history disappeared and it took them 4 DAYS to fix that, in the meanwhile we couldn’t even see the calls we might have missed during that time. Support was just terrible - unresponsive, unprofessional with a terrible English. They finally managed to fix that and I was almost certain to switch to another company, but they promised me that it is the last time something like this happens. Fast forward to today - we have been unable to send out any texts for a majority of our extensions since Thursday last week. It is Tuesday today and the issue is still there — even though they told me two or three times that it was fixed. As I am writing this review I have been listening to their TERRIBLE on hold melody for 39 minutes while they are supposedly transferring me to “a senior tech” — whatever it means. We are now in the sixth day of waiting, yesterday lost a $1500+ of revenue because of this and who know how much more we are going to lose because of this terrible company. We will be porting out our numbers and leaving 8x8 for good as soon as humanly possible and I will probably be putting a case together with my attorney to sue them for lost profits. My advise - never work with this company and if you are working with them now - run without looking back.

As a large organisation, we've paid a lot of money into 8x8. It is dreadful. If you are expecting competent customer support / technical support, then look elsewhere. A "major fault" response time of approx. 2 weeks. Constant problems, 8x8 are always trying to impress with new intuitive features instead of polishing up on the basics first...

Extremely disappointed with the service. I recently applied for the service and got it approved. I was able to setup my numbers and start the work on the first day but the very next day. The calling was unavailable due to some issue with their systems. I reached out to them and after a long wait. The agent came online to answer the query but he said he has no knowledge of what is happening and will get someone to call very soon on the issue. But no one reached out and then the very next day all our numbers were suspended. And we tried calling and waited more than 3 hours to get in touch with someone, Once the call was connected. It disconnected automatically and no one bothered to call back and then we again but no one picks up. And the very next day our main account was also deactivated. Such a pathetic response and such a pathetic service initiative.

I am annoyed that I have to give 8x8 even one star! 8x8 are absolutely diabolical. The customer service is absolutely atrocious; slow, painful and difficult. To raise a problem you have to raise a case online and you never know how long it will take 8x8 to respond. However if you take longer than 2 days they will close your case, which is ridiculous if there is an ongoing issue. If an 8x8 person does ever call you you will not be able to hear them because the phone line quality is hideous that you will need to end the call. Problem after problem with no-one around to do anything remotely helpful! As soon as my contract ended with 8x8 I switched to another VoIP provide - what an absolute dream the new provider is!! DO NOT USE 8x8!!
