Excellent service

Very Good service, the phone system has many options for users and administrators alike. It's not the easiest system (for admins) to use but once you get the hang of it the possibilities are endless. It's a super easy system for end-users, user friendly and the buttons are simple and do their job as needed. Customer support is quick and very helpful. They help you as best as they can. Whenever we needed help most of our issues got sorted within 48-72 hours. Very good service overall.
