One of the world's most pathetic Customer service departments they have... who can not speak f**** english.. I have issues opened for weeks and no body bothers to fix it.. You call support numbers 1st they don't understand or speak english at all.. Plus if you try to talk them out or try to get a manager on line they put you on hold forever... looks like they are vindictive especially the support dept ... Very poor customer service. Charged me £660 after notice given to stop service due to Covid19. I was in 30 days rollover cotract. Veery bad eperience. Avoid this company. They stopped my service even my case is pending at Ombudsment Service.

Very bad service stay away. The support is horrible and i have spent hours to fix issues with them. Do yourself a favor and find a different provider.

no support and training, no good ux, lot of bug, the tools does not work To answer to Craig, i am not a free user, we are using 8x8 for +150 people and pay this service ..... You know very well your client I can see...

Terrible service, I cancelled some of my services and they charged me $2400.00 and my monthly bill was still the same.

Terrible system. Have a softphone and physical phone at the front desk only to be told they cannot be used in conjunction with each other. Video calls have a delay on the audio and video synch. This occurs both in my office and remotely. Too many to count dropped calls, one way audio, dead air, and jitter. This is via softphones, mobile apps, and physical desk phones. Customer service goes through my MSP who often tells me 8x8 needs more call examples, call examples are too old, this is an expected behavior, or I get sent a PDF with outdated information. I am just 1 year into the service and am already looking for a replacement.

Not sure how this place is in a list of top VOIP services. Reached out a few weeks ago requesting service. It took 4 days for a sale rep to get in touch with me. Then she called me 4 times after I told her I was in bed with covid and couldn’t talk, but preferred to email in hopes to get a VoIP in the process of recovering from covid. No response. I followed up with an email and asked - “Are you unable to help me through email?”. 3 days later I get a response saying “Sure. Please let me know a time that’s best to email with you.” Are you serious? Isn’t the point of email - to response when you get it? If you’re busy then you respond when you can?? Couldn’t get a response so I tried calling, the business closes early because they’re East Coast and I’m west coast. So I jumped online and signed up a few days ago in hopes just to try the service and see if I even like it in the first place. Get an email - “account is pending”. Ok ??? Wait 2 more days and no response. I can’t use the service. Can’t use the app. Call in to speak to someone. The person I speak to tells me I already have an account, so they transfer me to Tech Support. Tech Support tells me they can’t help me because I don’t have an active account, so I get transferred back to sales. During the call (guessing they use their own service), the call goes silent, and then I get transferred to another rep. Long story short - don’t waste your time. The calls are all outsourced and there are no native English speakers who can understand questions unless it’s a circumstance that can be navigated through a script. This company doesn’t care about customer service, and they don’t even care about sales. Don’t waste your time. Terrible.
