RESPONSIVE SUPPORT WHEN NEEDED Rely on support for many reasons, reporting and analytics mainly. Whenever I raise a request the support team are good at providing the answers. Technically, we don't have many outages of VCC which is reassuring for an uninterrupted service to our customers.

Great Service, Would Recommend
I use 8x8 as part of my employment. I had contacted the team for help with an issue with my desk phone at home. Kieran (from the technical team I believe) was polite, personable and patient. Thanks to Kieran, I would definitely recommend.

The very best cloud telephony provider on the market. The voice, video and chat functions have been essential to integrating our online and shops together whilst also linking the production teams internally. A seamless system! (We are an SME)

I find 8x8 an extremely reliable…
I find 8x8 an extremely reliable service, call quality has been very good and the support is excellent. It may not be as cheap as some other providers but you get most features built into the price. Buy cheap and you get cheap, buy 8x8 and you get quality.
