Shocking Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! My lines have went down and for 2 days i can not get a hold of anyone to fix this , Its had a major impact on my Business and you cant even get through to the n ew sales enquiries to speak to anyone , Also my bills have increased every month and on a standard rate and they have no explanation for me , Cancelled my Direct debt and then they get in touch by email - Shocking company please do not use this service !

8x8 somehow deleted ALL my text messages for a law office!!!! There customer service said it was not their fault after they refreshed the system, knowing that by doing that would wipe our everything. Customer service tried to say it wasn't their fault!? Stay far away from this company!! Time to find a new service!!

Overly complicated system that is not intuitive or user friendly. Won’t even show a summary of call volumes for the previous year but can break down stupid things you don’t ever need. I’d bin it if was up to me. I hate it.

Worst service ever. Can’t get ahold of anyone. Tech says it’s a billing issue, billing says it’s a tech issue. Never calls back. Never has an answer for what’s going on. Our lines have been down for over a week. Their response is should be up in 10 minutes, 20 minutes, 1 hour, 24 hours. Never got fixed. Then they say we can’t find your file…. They are just one big joke Avoid them like the plague. Worse company ever. No help and not easy to work with. Very unhappy.

The Android App does NOT sync with the desktop. It frequently just returns a "Cannot connect to messaging service" error (but oddly, I'll get a phone notification of a message, but it wont display IN the app!). Customer support is non-existent (outsourced to a chat-bot, but you can get to a human after an hour or so). They keep adding "new feature bells and whistles" that small businesses don't need. By trying to please everyone, they are really just letting their customers down. I'm looking to replace them.

I am waiting 8 days now to be processed as a customer. The support is not coming back to my emails for days and I advised them upfront that it's urgent. On top of that today they finally Login instructions but without info on login details. When clicking 'forget password' no links come to me, I felt powerless since beginning and am happy to see this performance before signing a 12 months contract.

I normally don't write reviews but I ordered a phone by 8x8 been over 3 months still not received it. Sent many emails no response took my money. I would avoid.
