Excellent service provided from Stuart Woodfall. Initially, I spoke to Sav who was very informative and efficient. Then Stuart Woodfall took over and provided the best customer support ever! He was always available, helpful, professional and friendly. Nothing was a problem for him. He even set up a zoom meeting and shared screens to show me how to set up another user, etc. He did follow up calls not just emails, which is a blessing nowadays! He went above and beyond to say the least. I would highly recommend 8X8 and their service is phenomenal. Thank you very much Stuart.
