My Company works in the clinical trials sector and read the reviews on the 8x8 sales and support services, which left me in some doubt as to whether they may be the right choice! My experience was 100% excellent with both sales and support departments. They were courteous, well trained on their products, patient with me as I'm new to VoIP telephony and above all followed up every request for a call almost immediately. Put it this way, it's as good a service as I have seen. Don't be put off by 3-star reviews. Certainly, try them for yourselves, James was my point of contact. Thank you James. Cheers Brian

Excellent service. Spent time talking through the setup process, helping with every step. From start to finish they have been brilliant to deal with, Ed was especially helpful setting up the phone.

Great experience. So much better than previous products that we have had.

App interface is user friendly as well as the admin portal. 8x8 to teams integration performs very well with what we have to date, but there is room for improvement.
