Constant problems with call quality and service. High prices for poor quality. After 5 years, we canceled service only to discover that we'll be charged for 9 more months because we had agreed to automatically renew when we signed the initial agreement (hidden in the terms and conditions - our mistake, but it's an added outrage). Do not recommend this company.

I would not use this company if a reliable customer service is what you are looking for, I have tried to reach out to this company several times, even telling them I will pay the licence fees upfront, however when attending the meeting to discuss set up to be left waiting on the call for no one to join, when I questioned if anyone was attending on the live chat i was told they would message the representative followed by radio silence, I then had to prompt again asking if he would join the call, the response "no" without explanation. I'm disgusted that they think its appropriate to waste peoples time, even when I have stated I am happy with costings, but clearly not enough commission in it for them as we are a smaller organisation. stay away if you want streamlined turnaround and responsiveness from your provider. In a world where time is valuable I found this to be disrespectful, uncourteous and unprofessional.

I’d give 0 if I could. I called 4 times and was on hold for 15-20 mins each time with no answer before I was hung up on. Never got an answer in the multiple times I called. Company lost money and so did I in lost wages. Thanks for that.

The service works until you need to cancel your account then they disappear . a web base IP phone is by nature something you set up or down according to your project I am charged 70$ cnd and i need to dispute charges on my credit card because they do not call back ever ... cannot even sue those f!@#!@# corp because they are nowhere i will never do business with them again

Absolutely baffling corruption and disregard of facts. After we paid the service fee they said We were flagged and cant access the service. They did bot answer specifically why or who flagged us they asked a proof of registration of LLC in USA. We did provide the article of organization with state seal and signature. And shockingly they came back and said county did not confirm the regiatration. This all when we have all the documents and and EIN from IRS. how can we be given identification number from IRS if we were not registered legally??? Unbelievable. I now requested to close the application and refund what we paid. I will write back if this doe not happen and make sure all my company employees leave heavy reviews on all platformse.

I had for a short time taken in a second line. I cancelled it in writing after dismissing an individual. Their customer service team never cancelled the line for two years and their credit team came on heavy threatening me with solicitors. Eventually when I got a new customer account manager the email cancelling the service was found (2 years later, and not before the company had tried to extort me for a bill that should never have been there) Naturally I put my foot down and didn’t pay u til the spurious balance was waived. It was eventually brought back online but I then had an owed balance of £260 but quickly paid half. At no time have they offered some degree of compensation for an issue caused by their team not doing their job. As it stands, because I am now in arrears of £130, they have cancelled the phone line despite the arrears being because it took THEM two years to acknowledge they didn’t cancel one of the two lines. Customer service is a roulette. Most of their team don’t care. I’ve found them to be unsympathetic to a situation they manufactured. Theo collections team even went so far recently to threaten me with solicitors despite my showing a willingness to clear what is now a correct balance. As it stands, I’m looking into Mitel or possibly Skype as their agent terminating the line and threatening me despite no apology over their mistake leaving two lines operational when only one was required is dire. I wasted countless hours on hold to this company trying to sort it out over two years. They treated me as if it was my fault but after a very long time eventually found my cancellation for one of the two lines. IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING 8x8 I WOULD THINK TWICE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM WHAT THEY'VE DISPLAYED TO MY COMPANY IS SIMPLY NONE-EXISTENT. On the whole the phone system does work well, but this is mired considering how long simple account and service issues take for them to sort out. To have not even had the good grace to have offered a degree of compensation due to the farce caused by their team is beyond an insult.

We canceled our service, per the terms of the agreement they billed us, I've reached out via email and tried to call their corporate office. Terrible customer service! They've gone silent!

Useless. Shuts down when I try to call someone. Would not waste my money on it.
