I've been buying from 8 Seasons for several years now and am happy to recommend them to anyone. I also purchase from one other Chinese company who has a larger selection of products but I have found the quality, despatch times and customer service declining badly over the last year. However 8 Seasons has got better and better! The quality is always good, they are happy to receive suggestions for new products and customer service is excellent. I almost always receive my order within 7-10 days (depending on the Customs people in Dublin) and you can choose to have out-of-stock items sent later at no extra cost. I have also found the 8 Seasons price breaks and discount levels to be more generous than that of other companies so they reward loyalty. Definitely worth giving them a go.

I have purchased items from 8 Seasons a few times and have always been happy with the quality of items as well as the speed of dispatch, but what impressed me the most was how a recent problem with my order was handled. Although I did not receive all items in my original order, customer service was very friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond in rectifying the matter - something that truly sets them apart from many other supply companies.

Either way the customer service is so good. The customer service person who I has been helping me with my orders is Laura. She is so completely helpful and not at all pushy.
