I finally made contact, well it only took one day and you have to account for the time difference. I was informed that one item that I ordered would not be back in stock so I would be getting a credit, I was given the information and was able to use that credit on my next order. Every thing came in it was as expected and I cant wait to order again!!! Below is my first review of this company and it was a 2 star review I placed my first order with 8seasons only a couple of weeks ago and it came in the quality was as expected and items were as ordered. There was one back ordered item and now I want to place my second order but am holding back because I can not reach them to discuss the back ordered item. Email gets sent back undeliverable and fax is ALWAYS busy. Products good, customer service, not so much.

Je suis totalement satisfaite des services de 8 seasons ...Outre le fait que je ne suis pas déçue , tout ce qui l'accompagne est super : Le soin apporté à l'emballage avec ses petits sacs "cadeau" , le conditionnement puis le suivi de la commande et enfin votre accueil et la gentillesse de votre personnel ( Chloé...Myrat etc..) , j'ai totalement confiance. schneller Versand, Ware in Ordnung, gerne wieder

I ordered beads for a charity project on Feb. 9. On March 7, almost a month later, I still hadn't gotten them. They sent me emails saying they would be here in 5 days, then in 2-3 days. They still have never arrived.I will never do business with this company again.

Produits de très bonne qualité.marchandises reçu dans sa totalité ,dans les temps et très bien emballées.pas de mauvaise surprise!! Tous étaient conforme à la description faites sur le site. Je reviendrais! Je recommande vraiment ce site pour celles et ceux qui comme moi, on un esprit créatif, recherche de beaux et bons produits et qui on un petit budget !!
