Спасибо за заказ и быструю поддержку Гале, только не очень понятно почему доставка до Ярославля была бесплатная, а посылка дошла только до Москвы, а до Ярославля платно. В остальном все очень понравилось.

I have purchased jewellery supplies from 8 Seasons many times over the last year. They have great customer service and a great range of products. I have ordered about 50 times. One time my package didn't come so they sent me a new one for free which was nice of them because it wasn't there fault it was the fault of the post office. If something arrived defective they were happy to help and the issue was resolved quickly. Most of the time the products are perfect though. They are my trusted jewellery making supplier.

I am so happy I discovered 8Seasons! I have ordered so many great things, you can't beat the variety of products and prices are excellent!! Merchandise is well packed and shipping is fast, usually within 24 hours! And the customer service is phenomenal!!! Fast, polite, friendly communication that makes me feel like my business is important to them, no matter the size of my order! I can't say enough about this wonderful company and highly recommend to anyone! Thank you 8Seasons!

excellent service well worth the wait. I even had 2 parcels go missing only to be resent by 8seasons all together with express post. I will be buying again because of the price so low. Best Regards Patricia Gilbert

My first order just arrived and I am delighted - really nice quality product for a great price, well packaged and with shipping that arrived much faster than advertised. I will absolutely buy from 8seasons again. Thankyou :-)

Shipping can be slow BUT the prices are so worth it. My only reservations, per se have to do with the USPS NOT 8seasons. The products are good quality and arrive carefully packed. I only wish I had discovered them sooner.

paid for 3-5 day delivery. Finally got PART of the order 20 days later. Would not refund upgraded shipping. Will not be buying from them again
