8seasons are a fantastic company to deal with. I have ordered several times and have not had an issue with any of the items received. If items are suddenly out of stock after ordering the Staff are very quick to send you this information and offer valid alternatives. The quality is beyond expectations for the fantastic prices, I am continually surprised with the consistency when I receive my goods.

This company is defenfinitely one of my best vendors. They are efficient in turning there orders over. There communication is quick in responding to emails. The clasps that I have bought are very high quality. Unfortunately I had bought some items that had to be returned, and there was no problem getting my account credited.

It took a full 15 business days for delivery and I was hoping more like 10. When I inquired about why it was taking so long the rep was very helpful. Turns out the hold up was in this country. The pieces I ordered are just beautiful and I love them. The quality if very good.

8seasons has been my top supply shop for over 6 years. I love doing business with them. They are very friendly and easy to speak with but above everything else they are FAST! The response to emails and the quickness to get an order out is absolutely amazing. I order from the U.S. and get my items in 3 to 4 business days which is much faster than the U.S. companies I do business with. Also, they are quick to offer a refund or exchange if I ever have a problem with an item but this has only happened a few times over all of the years we've done business. This is a company you can definitely depend on and trust. I've used 8 other suppliers that are international and each one has taken up to one month to send all of my items out or finally refund me but not this company they are on top of their game! Always a pleasure to do business with and always nice to talk to the customer service workers especially Lore - she is the best!
