I'm sad to say that I didn't trust the reviews I read here initially. I decided it would be SAFER to go with a California based importer to ensure fast delivery and a high quality product. Boy, was I WRONG. The company I USED took 5 days to send a shipment notification! 5 days to ship, for a total of 10 days (Feb 25 - Mar 5). They shipped the wrong product AND insufficient quantity of another. Awaiting refund. Fast forward to my returning to 8 Seasons. 8 Seasons informed me immediately with a next day shipping notification, product received a DAY EARLY! Ordered Thursday March 7, shipped, Friday March 8, received Tuesday, March 12. Not to mention, the product I ordered was high quality, (150 - Stainless Steel Flat Nose Pliers Jewelry Making Hand Tools Black 12.5cm(4 7/8"),1 Piece (B33702). SAME cost for shipping from this California company as shipping from 8 Seasons. As SOON as I get my REFUND from this other company, I will post the name so that you know to stay away! OUTSTANDING company!!!

This is an unusual company. They are responsive, willing to resolve and work out any problems even when the fault is with shipping and not on their premises; and, they do all of this, with a professional attitude, with understanding for the customer's point of view. I am disabled, having gotten West Nile Virus from a mosquito. That means I have to do a lot of shopping on-line. If only all the companies from whom I order were as good as 8 seasons, it would be much easier to shop on the internet. Thank you 8Seasons; you have a customer who anticipates buying from you for a long time and enjoying the process!

Recently ordered from 8Seasons for the first time and it has been a great experience. Items I had ordered were on back order and communication around the process was amazing with them making sure I had everything I needed and offering several different options. Highly recommend this company.
