Love doing business with 888lots, highly reccomend them for any wholesale purchasing or closeout buying. Cannot reccomend our sales representative Rich Citrin enough, he continously goes above and beyond to help us out and make sure everything goes smoothly from purchasing to shipping.

Refurbished = C Stock Item
When ordering refurbished items, and their definition clearly says: in great working and cosmetic condition.. and you receive C Stock... filed a claim.. and it get DENIED because its a closeout Business....and they dont wanna do business with u anymore... shows really their low standards of doing Business...more than shady !

Hey there Joerg, we're sorry to hear about your experience, and we understand that the liquidation business can be challenging for some customers. As mentioned on our platform, product differences may occur. Furthermore, we always encourage our business partners to familiarize themselves with the various product conditions, as the B2B liquidation industry operates differently from standard retail sales. All of this said, while checking your case, we saw that the refund for your order has already been issued. Our goal is always to maintain transparency and fairness for all partners, and the process was completed according to our policy. We wish you success on your future ventures.
