888 LotsReviews of 888lots.com

I always have an incredible shopping experience with this online store, and I can’t praise my sales rep Rich, enough! From the moment I reached out for assistance , Rich was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for, offering personalized recommendations without being pushy. Merchandize is top notch, and shipping is fast, and everything always arrives in perfect condition. A truly exceptional sales rep(Rich) and shopping experience.

GREAT COMPANY! Quality products and great prices. Rich Citrin is the best at helping me find great products and deals to help me grow my business. He helps me feel confident about the quality and price that I receive with each order. The few times I’ve had issues with products (I’ve ordered thousands of products) customer service always responded and acted quickly to resolving my issues and I’ve never been left stuck with anything. I highly recommend this company and I’d personally request Rich, if possible, for help with any needs.

I LOVE THE EXPERIENCE WITH 888LOT! RICH ALWAYS TAKES CARE OF ME. CAN NOT AS FOR BETER

It’s always great working with 888 thanks guys

Damaged and bad products policy is horrible, many of their products are left over from Amazon Warehouse and they don't sell smoothly , electronic products are defective and return policy is horrible. They blocked my account access when I tried to dispute the charges Order 2467193031

No customer service extremely disappointing.

Horrible Customer Service. Very rude people and also never return your emails.

Terrible to work with. I had several orders where items were broken, damaged or misrepresented. In the beginning I tried to reach out to my sales rep but received absolutely no help. I still made a small profit so I went with it. In November I purchased a coat for myself. Tracking showed it was sent but then it was lost in shipping. I called 888 lots twice and emailed twice. No response. So I opened a claim on my credit card. Because I opened a claim 888 lots closed my account. (They clearly have enough disputes opened that it is a major issue for them). I simply wanted my money back for an item I did not receive. I am fine with no longer purchasing from the company but shutting off access to my accounts and reports needed for tax purposes is simply unethical. There is always a risk purchased returns but I expect customer service and integrity in the process. I hope this helps someone else! I would not make any large purchases and assume there is no customer service. Order # 2410198099
