One of the worst experiences

I have been in business 27 years and by far the worst wholesale experience. I provided Greta with my Ontario Canada corporation status, my corporation profile and my hst/gst number from direct from revenue Canada’s tax return form. I even paid the ontario business portal for a print out my original corporation registration. After all 4 of these documents, No response, She did not reply to 5 emails I sent. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend. *** In response to 888lots reply *** 2 employees from your organization told me that there are no issues with canadian accounts. There appears to be a discrepancy between your said policy and their understanding of it. Even If such is the case. The professional thing to do is to first make sure all your employees are aware of polices and to inform clients by responding to their emails.

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate the time you took to provide all the required documentation. 888Lots is a U.S.-based B2B wholesale platform created specifically for verified U.S. resellers. At this time, international accounts—including those from Canada—cannot be approved due to regulatory and operational constraints. That said, we’re actively working on our dedicated Canadian platform, 888lots.ca, to bring the same great offers, daily deals, and high-margin products to Canadian resellers and shops. We're committed to providing a seamless and fair experience for every market we serve, and your feedback is incredibly valuable in helping us improve. Thank you again for reaching out—we hope to welcome you soon under our Canada-focused platform. *** Edit *** Thank you for taking the time to provide additional context. We truly regret the confusion and lack of follow-up in your case. It appears there may have been a miscommunication. We initially believed you were attempting to register on our Canadian platform, 888lots.ca, considering the fact that Canadian tax documents were provided, and you were communicating with our team in the context of a Canadian business entity. However, as previously mentioned 888lots.com is strictly designed for verified U.S.-based resellers due to compliance requirements and fulfillment limitations from our New Jersey warehouse. We completely agree that clarity is essential.

I want to take a moment to commend my incredible sales representative, Ryan. He truly goes above and beyond in every interaction, consistently ensuring that I not only get the best possible deals but also feel supported throughout the entire process. What sets Ryan apart is his genuine willingness to help, even navigating challenges and hardships with a level of care and dedication that is truly exceptional. Having worked with two other sales representatives prior to Ryan, I can confidently say that his commitment and service are unmatched. He consistently exceeds expectations, and I wholeheartedly recommend him. In my opinion, Ryan deserves to be Sales Representative of the Month, not just once, but for months to come!

I’m not an expert in liquidation by any means, but I’ve been flipping items here and there for a few months now. This was my first order from this site. I got the box, and it had a cool mix of stuff — clothing, small gadgets, even some skincare and books. But, sadly majority of the items were damged ,used, and useless. The rest good. Overall, such a waste of money....
Response from 888 LotsMay 12, 2025
Thank you for your feedback, Naomi, we’re sorry to hear the box didn’t meet your expectations. We understand the frustration when the value doesn’t meet what you had hoped for—especially as a first-time buyer. We have hundreds of orders and this is not something that happens often, so please share your order number, we would like to see how we can assist or guide you better for future purchases. Your success as a reseller matters to us, and we're here to help you make the most of every deal.
