Amazing customer service!
Had issues with one of my bracelets and they did an amazing job with timely communication and fixed the issue with no problems! I would absolutely recommend them and will be buy more from them!!!

I guess it was more on my part I should’ve done more research! The earrings were larger than pictured and I thought the exchange proposal was fair but somehow I ordered again thinking that was my code before the exchange code came . So I put the blame on me

It looks fake
It looks fake, an item of the same quality as something from Temu. It has no markings; it was supposed to be 18k gold and filled, but it has no hallmarks whatsoever. I feel shamelessly ripped off, and I waited 20 days for it when, considering its size, they could have processed it and shipped it in an envelope for next-day delivery. I DO NOT recommend this company. Do not buy from them. and I pay $200 😡
