Clasp is defective
I really love the bracelet. The gold quality is nice. However, the clasp is cheap. I’ve had the bracelet for 1 week and it’s fallen off of my arm twice because the clasp has given. I’m afraid to wear it because I may loose it. How do contact you for an exchange?

I guess it was more on my part I…
I guess it was more on my part I should’ve done more research! The earrings were larger than pictured and I thought the exchange proposal was fair but somehow I ordered again thinking that was my code before the exchange code came . So I put the blame on me

The bracelet is beautiful however the…
The bracelet is beautiful however the clasp mechanism is poorly designed. It's constantly falling off my wrist so much so I do not wear it anymore. I would not recommend for this reason.
