They were quick to resolve a problem; however it would be a good thing to have a company contact information (i.e., phone #)on the confirmation order.

Thanks for the review. We have a Contact page on the website which includes an easy online messaging form and our email address: [email protected]. We find that email is the best way to communicate because it provides a written record of the message and can include images, links, etc. We reply to all email quickly to answer any question or resolve any problem.
