Price is good, but picture quality is disappointing
The pricing was good, but the picture quality was meh. I uploaded my high resolution wedding pictures and they looked blurry on my 5x7 prints, really pixelated and not clear. I was disappointed, and wish I had printed out a few to test the quality instead of spending over $300 to get them all printed.

Elizabeth, this order was sent four months ago. We no longer have your files on our server. Please send me a couple of the files to examine. The resolution would have to be very low to cause any pixelation. I suspect that you ordered with low resolution screen proofs from your photographer and not the original high resolution files.
