It was very easy to upload and place my order. Once placed the turn around time is quick. The quality of the prints is very professional. I use your company because of the quality of your work and the affordable prices.

Quick order fulfillment. Great prices. Super quality and wonderful customer service. I've been a reliable customer for years.

The pricing was good, but the picture quality was meh. I uploaded my high resolution wedding pictures and they looked blurry on my 5x7 prints, really pixelated and not clear. I was disappointed, and wish I had printed out a few to test the quality instead of spending over $300 to get them all printed.

Elizabeth, this order was sent four months ago. We no longer have your files on our server. Please send me a couple of the files to examine. The resolution would have to be very low to cause any pixelation. I suspect that you ordered with low resolution screen proofs from your photographer and not the original high resolution files.

Placed order I used the wrong file. You canceled my order and I resubmitted. Awesome job. Thank You!

We were able to go online, upload our picture, place the order, and receive it back for half the cost of local photo shops, including national chain stores. They centered the photo for us. Thank you for a job well done.

I’ve never ordered from you before and I was pretty nervous. I entrusted you guys to print our Christmas card pictures. I have high standards. When the package arrived (and it came fast) I had to talk myself into opening it. When I finally did, I WAS BLOWN AWAY! Not only are your prices so amazing, but the pictures are PERFECT! Thank you
